Draft text for legal review
This is a working draft for review by our lawyers and our data protection officer. It is not yet in force and will change before launch.
Cookie policy
Draft 0.1 · Not yet in effect · Last edited 22 Oct 2026
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We use as few as possible: the ones Watch and Win needs to work, and one for measuring, which only runs if you agree.
Essential cookies
Always on. Without them you cannot sign in, add money or trade safely, so the law lets us use them without asking.
| Name | What it does | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| oya_session | Keeps you signed in and protects your account. | When you sign out, or after 30 days without use |
| oya_csrf | Stops other websites from sending forms in your name. | When you close the browser |
| oya_device | Recognises a phone you trust, so you get fewer sign-in codes. | 90 days |
| oya_consent | Remembers your cookie choice, so we do not ask again. | 12 months |
Analytics cookies
Only if you choose “Essential and analytics”. They help us find pages that are slow or confusing on your phone.
| Name | What it does | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| oya_metrics | Counts visits and finds slow pages. Measured on our own servers, never shared. | 12 months |
What we do not use
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No cookies from other companies on Watch and Win’s own pages, such as social networks or ad networks.
- No selling or sharing of what cookies record.
When you open an offer or watch an ad in Earn, the partner that shows it may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We will list these partners here before launch.
Your phone also stores a few settings on the device, such as whether amounts are hidden or a notice was closed. They stay on your phone and are never sent to us.
Your choice
Change it here at any time. It applies on this browser from your next page.
You can also change it in Privacy and data. If you delete cookies in your browser settings, we ask you again on your next visit.
Questions about cookies? Write to our data protection officer at dpo@watchandwin.example (placeholder address). More about your data in the Privacy notice.
