What happens when you close
- Your account
- Closes at once. You can no longer log in, trade or add money.
- Your records
- The law on money laundering makes us keep your identity, trades and payments for 5 years after you close. Then we delete them.
- Everything else
- Your settings, watchlist and choices are deleted within 30 days.
- Messages
- We stop all marketing at once. You get one SMS that confirms the closing.
- Coming back
- Contact support to reopen it. Self-excluded accounts cannot reopen before the end date.
